Cheesecake is probably one of the most loved desserts around and I don’t think so anyone enjoys any other dessert in the world once they have had a classic cheesecake. A piece of cheesecake is a thing of beauty and something that gives us pure bliss and this is why we will teach you how to make a cheesecake step by step just like the one in the cheesecake factory without having to care about the cheesecake factory prices.
THE ALL COVETED RECIPE
For the base you will need 1 cup of biscuit crumbs, 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and just a pinch of salt. Butter your microwave safe bowl, and then mix all the ingredients and then press all the ingredients against the base of the container and then bake for around 15 minutes, basically until it is brown.Then comes the filling which is the main part and you will need 1 ¼ cups of granulate sugar and sour cream each and 1 teaspoon of lemon and orange zest each, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, 6 large eggs and 2 pounds of cream cheese. Mix all these ingredients until they form a concentrated mixture, pour all the mixture on top of the crust and then bake for 1 hour with water more than half way over the spring form pan.
Mix 3/4th cups of sour cream, ½ cup of sugar and ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract for the dressing. Spread it on the cake and then bake for more 5 minutes and let it rest inside the oven without opening it for 1 hour and then take it out and refrigerate it for 8 hours more and your cheesecake will be done. The resting phase in the oven heat will make sure that cracks don’t form on your cheesecake and always remember to cool it before you eat it.
